Our Accounting team processes your bills to ensure they’re paid on time. We manage licenses and permits, sales tax, tourist development taxes, and applicable vendor payments. Additionally, we will help prepare you for tax season. Each year in January, you will receive a 1099 (U.S. owners) or a 1042-S (non-U.S. owners) and a year-end statement with an overview of your income and deductible expenses.

As an owner on our program, we make it easier than ever for you to have important property information whenever you want. Your owner portal provides details about your reservations and you will even be able to make owner stays with ease from the convenience of the portal. And you can share your own custom link to your property to family and friends as well as create your own custom discount code to be given out to whomever you want so that they can book directly through our website! Your Client Success Manager is well-versed in the owner portal and ready to assist with navigating it.
