What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and check out is 10:00 a.m. on the day that you depart.
What fees do guests pay?
In addition to the rental rates and cleaning fees, each paying reservation will be charged taxes and a service fee.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Each property may have different rules, but we do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age.
Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
Vacation Rentals provides a departure clean on all stays. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens, as well as trash liners, toilet paper, bath soap, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are provided either in the rental property or on the grounds.
