As part of our mission to provide the highest quality experience and service along the Smoky Mountains, we ensure our guests are taken care of every step of the way. To achieve this, we've combined our sales and our guest services department into the Guest Ambassador division.

Guest Ambassadors serve as stewards of the guest’s experience; they are trained in both sales and customer service, and are is equipped to handle everything from booking vacations to answering questions once guests arrive. Our local team is available 24/7 to answer calls, texts, and emails at every stage of the guest’s vacation.

Our guests’ experience is our number one focus. After a guest books their stay, we keep them engaged with us with emails leading up to and during their check-in date. The Guide is full of information on the activities specific to their area for adventure, leisure, and ecotourism as well as some of our favorite local restaurants in each of our areas.
