Rise n’ Shine by Beyond Expectations is a cozy 1-bedroom + loft, 1-bath mountain cabin that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in Smoky Mountain Ridge Resort. Located less than 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and a short drive to Gatlinburg, this inviting retreat offers easy access without steep mountain roads, plus a private hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or family adventures in the Smokies.

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 25lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*The bedroom does not have a door.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.

We provide 24 hour access with a door code that will be provided the evening before you arrive.
