*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Tee fees are a reasonable $29-$49 depending on season and course. The Resort provides 3 swimming pools for your summer enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
