Well it started out bad as the property i originally rented was not approved to be rented 2 weeks prior to our arrival. 3br 3 bath ,hot tub, sauna,big yard , fire ring, outside porch area with acces to pool. When we arrived the owers mother… More was at the property otherwise we wouldn't have known about it being off the market. She then placed a call on my behalf to BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. after approximately 20 minutes I received a new place in an email the only one that was available she said that night . After driving 12 hrs to get there with dogs in tow. We then drove to another very beautiful place but it was not dog friendly. No yard, no Sauna, hot tub didn't heat up, no fire ring. And it took another 35 minutes to get to. It was in a very beautiful HOA but not suitable for my need or what I wanted. We then where moved to a 3 br 2 bath smaller bed sizes, but with an outside fenced in porch and very small yard. We did have a fire pit. Was better for dogs but lost all my comforts i wanted juzzi tub and hot tub swimming pool. With all the driving from one to the other got to see alot of very beautiful country roads, homes and met some very nice people.Will try again with them but I will make sure the day before traveling to call in to make sure arrangement are what I requested.A very big thank you for doing your best for me. Thank you again.They did their best on short notice but I feel they should have been on top of it when it was taken off due to it not passing inspection per owners Mother?
We stayed in #110 Alpine Condo & it was a great place! The location was perfect, only a min from the strip. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, beds were comfortable. It was nice having some outdoor space for the… More kids right outside our room. The building is older, but the condo is updated & nicely renovated. It was stocked with starter essentials. We were lucky enough to see a mama & 2 baby bears twice right across the road from our room.
Wish I could give 10 stars...I was in town for the fire/rescue convention and I used a third party to book my stay (never again) I never call to make sure everything is good before leaving for vacation time, thank God I did my reservation… More was canceled and the 3rd party didn't see it important enough to let me know. So anyway the kind lady called me back to inform me I didn't have a reservation. So me and my sisters and my child had nowhere to stay cause of the flood places had no water... So the lady helped me and my family she had a new rental that no one stayed in or was it ready she and her crow worked so hard and non stop to have it ready for my family. I will use this rental company anytime I go to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge they are the best people and they do care of others she didn't have to help me but she did, she is an angel to me I just wish I gotten the lady's name... But if you want someone and someplace to make you feel at home use beyond expectations vacation rentals they are 100% the best... Again thank you all for all you did for my family and I.
Cabin was clean and comfy. Pool table was a huge hit after a long day of rafting, zipping, Dollywood, The Island and Anakeesta.The only complaint I have is the garbage. There were 18 in the house and 2 regular garbage cans for the entire… More week. No daily pickup and wasn’t able to put more trash in the bins. You have to pay extra $25 to pick up additional trash each time. Trash needs to be picked up daily or every other day and be included in the original price. Especially if a house full and for an entire week. Other than the trash I highly recommend.
The cabin we rented was great. Everything about it was great. Every room in the cabin was spacious and clean. The location was close to everything, especially Dollywood it was like 2 minutes away. Would totally stay again .
Overall our long weekend at Bear Trail Cabin was amazing! The house layout works well for multi-family living both giving enough individual space (if you want some quiet time) as well as being well set up with communcal spaces where you… More can spend time together when you want to. It is in a great location with easy access to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge, as well as other areas of interest! Views are amazing!I did not give this house 5-stars for two main reasons:1. Water pressure issues: The house has water pressure issues, especially in the evening. If more than one person is trying to take a shower, or if more than one appliance is running - the water pressure is terrible/non-existent. Also, the hot water runs out very quickly. For a house that advertises it can sleep 12+, both of these issues were challenging.2. The house is positioned as a 'luxury' rental - and it is well appointed (the beds are very comfortable!); however, I would have expected more amenities stocked in the kitchen. For example, the house did not even have pot holders, which is a safety hazard when getting food out of the hot oven.I would recommend this rental to others, but would make sure they were aware of the water pressure issues before booking.
I stayed at On Top of the World, and it was almost like being on top of the world. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The place had all the amenities to relax. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The only thing is that to get… More there, I recommend a comfortable vehicle because there are many curves and it's going up a mountain. And it is like 25-30 minutes to get to the pigeon force area.
We had a great stay at this property! There were 12 of us—six adults and six kids—and it had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The king beds were cozy, and the mattress in my upstairs room was so comfortable it actually… More beat my one at home. I especially appreciated the layout and the large pantry closet, which was perfect for storing all the food we brought along.If your top priorities are cleanliness and comfort, this is an excellent choice. That said, a few maintenance issues were noticeable. Some areas of the laminate flooring were in disrepair, which took away from the otherwise tidy appearance. Also, several showers had reversed plumbing fixtures, making hot and cold water confusing until we figured it out.Overall, it was a great place to stay—and with a few small improvements, it could easily be an exceptional one.
We just went to this cabin for a weekend family getaway.I will say this cabin is one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. We were very pleased. As of family with lots of kids this cabin had everything we wanted and more!! We definitely will… More be back!! Thanks
We had an amazing stay at the Whispering Pines Cabin, if you like being high up in the mountain and between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without having to pay an outrageous amount (anything above $200 a night), this is the cabin for you.… More Your view is a little blocked by other cabins but it wasn't a problem for us. The maintenance guy was great and even came out in the rain for us the same day. The one and only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was due to the front door having no blinds on it. It left you with 0 privacy from the main road. At least can put a wreath or something similar on it to give some form of privacy.
Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 13 of us. I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like about the house. I definitely will stay again.
This condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat. The only problem we had is that there was only one luggage cart for the whole complex.
The property was challenging to get to if you’re using your navigation system. It’s gonna clearly tell you the property is to the right. However, it doesn’t show how to get to it it’s up on a hill. After turning around in the rain, spitting… More our wheels, we were finally able to locate the property and it was worth the trip getting in very clean. Everything was in order everything that you needed it was there. bring your own groceries. FYI there is not a salt and pepper shaker in the house. I was a little disappointed about one thing in particular, and that was the new hot tub. They stated on the website it was new, however it was full of algae, and my husband and I didn’t feel comfortable diving right in the filtration system was not working at all. There was no sign that the hot tub had been clean. Will I go back more than likely it was spacious enough. I feel comfortable going back at some point just don’t know if it’s gonna be in the summer that were fireworks and parties and other cabins around us but that’s OK it’s all about family in the summer. Clean that hot tub please my main reason for booking here.
This condo was absolutely beautiful!!! Very clean and comfortable.. the beds were amazing and the bathrooms were roomy , tastefully decorated, and very clean . The balcony had beautiful views and hearing the stream below was very relaxing.… More The owner was very helpful with questions I had as well . We will definitely try to reserve this condo again when we come back next year !!
I stayed at there green bear property !! It was extremely clean and very updated . It had everything we needed to be comfortable on our stay I will definitely be using them again on my next stay
We had a great time during our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable and relaxing. It is also located very closely to downtown Gatlinburg, Which made it very convenient to get to all the main attractions,… More including the national park!
Amazing place to stay with great views. Host was great and provided us with everything we needed. Kids had a blast just as we did. We will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at Bearly Makin' It II and loved it!The location can't be beat and the access to all three clubhouses were amazing!We appreciated the amenities included because we did not have to go out and purchase any additional needs… More for the house. We were provided with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods to make our stay more comfortable. The sauna was wonderful and the hot tub was relaxing! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for wedding anniversary weekend!
When they said we are going to the mountains for vacation this year my response was "ugh noooo I need the beach" and wasn't 100% looking forward to this vacation. As we arrived in Gatlinburg (we were vacationing from Maryland)… More and started driving up the mountain my mindset began to change. When we finally arrived at the condo and got into the room..... wow! The views were truly breathtaking, the place was clean and well maintained and setup perfectly! The location was amazing only about 15 ish minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and in my opinion most of that was going down the mountain. You could see Pigeon Forge from the balcony and it was so pretty at night. Bears, bears and more bears! If you are looking to see black bears in the great smokies THIS IS THE PLACE! We saw bears every single day (that is not an exaggeration). My whole family loved this place including myself! I would recommend this place to everyone!
Stayed at the Bear Paw Inn for four nights with my husband and our dog. The cabin was plenty big for the three of us. Communication from the hosts was frequent and there were no surprises. You will probably see a bear if you stay here.… More We saw one every day, behind the cabin. He walks the creek to the dumpster area so there is trash in the creek but that's not anyone's fault except for the people who don't dispose of their trash properly. We had a great time in Gatlinburg and the location of the cabin was far enough to where you felt like you were secluded but only a 5 or so minute drive to the Gatlinburg strip. I also liked that it was one of the few places I found where we could bring our dog with us.
