**There is a $75 fee PER pet. (This fee in not included in your booking quote or when you book it. It is billed separately).**
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

We had such a good stay in this tiny home!! The property was stocked with everything we could have needed and was super quiet. Perfect for a weekend trip. I believe the listing for this tiny home says there is only one bed, however there were two! A pleasant surprise, I can't complain.

A cosy tiny home which felt very homely. It was our 3rd stop on our trip to the US and it was by far the best place we stayed. Lovely location and great place to stay. Clean throughout and had everything we needed. We had to change over the propane tank but this was stated inside and had clear instructions how to do it. The bed was comfy but we did hit our heads a couple of times. However it is a really truly lovely place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas makes it ideal too

This was our first time staying in this type of home before. It was such a quiet space with a great view. Perfect for a small weekend getaway. Sitting around the fire pit at night with the lights on and just listening to nature was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

This place was awesome and such a great stay for my boyfriend and I. When we come back to the area we would definitely stay again. It was right next to a lot of other RVs and tiny homes and everyone was super quiet and respectful. It was an easy drive and super close to everything we wanted to do!

We loved our stay here. It was cool to get to experience a tiny home. The place was very clean. It was very easy to manage the temperature if it got too hot or cold. One of the only things was it was a little hard to get to at first because GPS doesn't recognize the road that it's actually on. We already let the host know this and they are going to update some written instructions. Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!

I had been wanting to try the tiny house living experience. This Tiny House was all I could hope for, what I expected, but so much more! Needing the serenity, the natural calmness, peace & quiet, one gets when city noises are gone; my senses were hushed and blissful, as if floating on a cloud. Check-in/check-out were as easy as making a delicious pie; just make sure you have all the ingredients. Recovering from a rib injury was easy and relaxing. The clean mountain air always replenishes one's soul. Thank you for having such a refreshing, lovely, clean Tony home to share. I hope one day I can come back. A+++

Gave it 5 stars because it was worth it but genuinely they need to have a map because it was really hard to find because I arrived in the dark and the instructions weren't clear. Also the key lockbox was not the code, it was for the door pad. Luckily they have very responsive customer service so I was just irritated. Plaza was clean. Had 2 large beds...fyi the description isn't accurate. The property is also located among other mobile homes very nearby. Not private HOWEVER very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Overall good stay and would go back
